Any country listed as "free roaming" in the plan details above, will allow you to use all features of your plan within that country completely free of charge. This includes talk, text and data. You will also be able to call long distance to and from all countries included without any additional long distance charges.

First, its important to know know the difference between protected "discounts" vs "overall price" Our Scarlet Series include discounts that are protected for 2 years. You will notice we say protect the discount. This is very important because in Canada , carriers have unlimited power and are usually sneaky. They may increase your "base rate" by a few bucks which is totally legal, and keep your "discount" the same. Legal but sneaky! These price hikes must be legally approved by the CRTC and each customer must be notified in advance that this is happening. With that being said, we cannot legally guarantee your overall price stays the same, but your discount is protected for 2 years.

This is one of our fastest turn around times in history! However, due to the demand of these prices it can take up to 1-4 business days for us to process your account. This can balloon to much longer when we have many submissions at any given time, including holidays, weekends, and special promotions. We have an express options for those who want to skip the line!

In the past, we have allowed customers to activate their own account. While this works, it presents a few problems: 1. You start with a temporary plan, for which you pay a partial amount 2. You get double billed (once for the plan you started with, and once for our discounted plan) 3. You get charged a $50 enrollment fee 4. You cannot take advantage of "new" customer discounts By activating your account for you, we are able to set you up on our discounted plan right away and save on enrollment fees and double-billing. Please understand to activate a postpaid account in Canada, you will need to provide 2 pieces of Canadian ID

Our Scarlet Series is eligible for sharing. Meaning, you can have multiple lines on the same account with shared data between them. Meaning, each line will have its own data bucket which contributes to a pool of shared data. For example, if you purchase 2 x 100gb plans - you will have a total of 200gb of shared data. You also receive a discount for any additional lines. You can find the pricing listed clearly below each plan above.

The carrier charges a $80 activation fee per line on the first bill. At the moment, we can have them waive 50% of it by applying a $5 credit for 8 months.

Each Series is built with its own carrier, its own backend process, its own eligibility rules, and its own level of daily availability. Because of that, the setup steps — and the setup fee — will always depend on the specific Series you’re choosing. Some Series are so simple, even a toddler could get setup. Some require slightly more knowledge on your end about your phone, SIM cards and porting. It works the same way on our end. Some are so simple, we could do it with our eyes closed, and some require work behind the scenes. Some are so rare we can only activate a handful per day. That’s why no two Series will ever look the same. We kindly ask all customers — even returning pros — to read the full page before placing an order.
