You can have as many lines on the same account as your credit allows. This is a non-shareable plan meaning any additional line on your account will have its own data bucket. You can choose how many lines you would like on our order form. Please note, this only applies to the multiple lines on the same account. If you would like multiple lines across separate accounts, please submit a separate order. If you are activating a new account (meaning you are not yet with Rogers) please follow our activation video and only add 1 line. If you need more than 1 line, you can indicate on our page 10 of our order form and we will add the remaining lines for you.

1. The math actually favors you. Most people pay around $100/month for their phone bill — that’s $1,200 per year. Our Platinum Plan is $25/month, or $300 per year — a 75% savings. Even after factoring in our one-time setup fee, you still come out way ahead. 2. This plan is genuinely rare. It doesn’t rely on expiring discounts and can be done for existing customers. Both of those are almost unheard of today. 3. There’s a daily limit — by design. We can only complete a handful of these plans per day, a restriction set by the provider. If we price our fee lower, things get a little crazy (read below) 4. We’ve tested the alternative — and it didn’t work. During Black Friday 2025, we discounted our fee due to weak promotions elsewhere. The result? Hundreds of orders, a 2-month backlog, long wait times, and unhappy customers (and honestly — who wants to wait two months for a phone plan?). Our fee is priced specifically so we can maintain our usual 5-star experience without going over capacity. 5. You get what you pay for. Our work is thorough, guaranteed, and handled end-to-end. We make it easy for you by doing all the hard work ourselves. Remember, we've been around for 13 years! Each Series is built with its own carrier, its own backend process, its own eligibility rules, and its own level of daily availability. Because of that, the setup steps — and the setup fee — will always depend on the specific Series you’re choosing. Some Series are so simple, even a toddler could get setup. Some require slightly more knowledge on your end about your phone, SIM cards and porting. It works the same way on our end. Some are so simple, we could do it with our eyes closed, and some require work behind the scenes. Some are so rare we can only activate a handful per day. That’s why no two Series will ever look the same. We kindly ask all customers — even returning pros — to read the full page before placing an order. We promise we try to make all the reading as painless (and occasionally entertaining) as possible. And as always, we build every Series to be as smooth and convenient for you as we can.

Our Platinum Plans are eligible for existing accounts - this is extremely rare for a promotion like this! This means , you do not need to activate a new account or worry about porting your number. We would simply change your current plan to this one. Requirements: Cannot be currently financing or leasing a device (BYOD only) If your account has multiple lines, you would need to change all of them to this plan. The base price of any BYOD plan can be raised by the provider with prior warning on your bill. This is how phone plans work in Canada and not related to our service. Our Platinum Series is unique in that it does not rely on limited time discounts. The plan you get is $25 as a base price which means there is no discount that will expire. Any add-ons applied to your account are also non-expiring. In this day and age, we cannot legally guarantee the price will never change, due to the sneaky (but legal) price hikes by the provider. However, a plan like this which doesn't rely on limited time discounts is extremely rare!
