👉🏽 Follow the easy steps below to activate a new account while being an existing customer

Before you start:

Our Scarlet Series is available for new accounts only. Since you are already with Rogers we can open a new account for you, then transfer your number over. Your current account will be cancelled
👉🏽 This will work if you are:
✅A Current Rogers Wireless Customer
✅On a BYOD Plan (Not financing/leasing a device)
🛑Are Financing or Leasing a device
🛑Do not want a new account for any reason
👉🏽 This will NOT work if you:
👉🏽 Ready to Order?
Visit our Scarlet Series page and click "Order Now" Be sure to read the FAQ and all notes before ordering
The rest of the process is standard for all activations. We will activate a new account for you. We will provide you an eSIM or instructions on how to get a physical SIM
Then your number is ported from your old account to your new account. Your old account is then cancelled automatically.
